A Nashville native, Mr. Riley has more than 30 years experience in executive management and technical positions within the construction industry. In 1985 Mr. Riley started RCR Building Corporation with the mission to deliver quality building projects through good working relationships for their clients.

Approaching their 25th Anniversary, RCR is still delivering on that promise and is proud to say that over 50% of their clients are on a repeat basis.

As President and CEO of RCR, Mr. Riley oversees the day to day operations of the company, develops business relationships and lends his leadership and wisdom to the company’s upper management.

Mr. Riley is married to Alice his wife of 37 years and has two daughters Melissa and Allison. While not spending time with his grandson Shawn, Mr. Riley also enjoys boating and golf.
