Ronald "Jay" Hill

General Superintendent - Director of Operations - LEED AP

Mr. Hill has over 30 years of construction experience. Jay brings extensive talent to the General Superintendent position. He has continuously displayed a ability for detailed planning and ingenuity in executing the daily management of RCR’s construction portfolio. In addition to having excellent communication skills, Jay possesses a knack for getting the best out of the people around him which translates to a superior building product for our owners.

When not attending to his duties at RCR, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife of thirty years Kim. Jay is also an avid runner and enjoys competing in road races throughout the country.
