Dan Rosenblatt

Senior Project Manager - LEED AP

Mr. Rosenblatt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. He has over 20 years experience of commercial and residential construction management and development. Dan has shown the ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee and subcontractor performance. His thorough understanding of industry practices, projects development, processes and standards, has made a positive impact on the building projects he undertakes. Dan is a licensed general contractor and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Dan just celebrated 10 years of marriage to the former Rebecca Hill of Nashville. They have three children, Jack (9), William (7) and Anna Kate (2). The Rosenblatt’s are also active members of St. Henry’s Church and School. When he’s not coaching little league baseball or taking his boys wakeboarding he tries to sneak in a little golf or take in a college football game.
